As I am strongly binded with a non-disclosure agreement (confidentiality agreement) and respect for my clients and their personal /business issues I cannot expose names and details but in order to give you some understanding of the work I do I would like to briefly describe some of the challenges I helped my clients overcome
-One of my clients is a CEO of a big company who was ready to resign because of the toxic environment he was dealing with and of course no progress was being done in his company for a long time and after four months of working with me he managed to get rid of all hostility creating an environment of synergy and collaboration, his work was recognized, his company took off and the most amazing thing was that the owner went as far as to give him a small share of the company

My daughter Michaela had intense stress insecurities and phobias since childhood and during the exam period at the end of high school she started showing signs of psychosomatic symptoms like dizziness and vomiting.
We went to a child psychiatrist who after a few visits reassured us that the stress had no pathological causes, but we had to wait patiently for the stress to disappear without taking any medication because of her young age.
Naturally after this incident because I am a mother I started worrying about her future, how she will be able to deal with difficult situations in life
Coincidentally after 2 years I met Katerina and after listening to my story she reassured me that she could help Michaela get over her insecurities her stress and her phobias effectively and the change would be permanent
I listened to her with skepticism, but I was impressed with her confidence on the matter.

The pleasant surprises after the completion of Michaela’s coaching program continued when she found herself living alone at the age of 18 at Heraklion city because she succeeded in the University examinations .From the very first week and although she was living alone for the first time in a far away city she adjusted easily ,she became more sociable approaching other students and making new friends and she had noticeably increased self-confidence.
2 years have passed now since the completion of the coaching program and Michaela’s self-confidence continuous to improve and she continuous to pleasantly surprise us
